If your home is like mine…it’s filled with leftover Halloween Candy. At this point the Reese’s are gone and the Snickers are getting low. Yet, sugar overload is still in full swing. Well, believe it or not, Tea is a great way to balance sugar, specifically cinnamon tea.
Black Tea helps to prevents cardiovascular diseases, improves digestion, and reduces cholesterol. Cinnamon is a high source of antioxidants, contains anti-inflammatory properties, protects heart health, and fights diabetes. These two elements paired makes a great, guilt free treat!
