All sales are final, due to our products being consumables.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem. Returns are not accepted on open tea blends, tea-based products, and food items. We do, however, accepted exchanges on sealed tins or sacks.

If you are returning a non-food item, it should have original seal and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

Refunds

Our products are food-based, therefore they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed in some way. You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. If there's an issue with your product, please email us asap so we can resolve the problem quickly. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are open or used will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 - 10 business days for processing. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

Pickup Order Abandonment Policy

All pickup orders must be collected within 30 calendar days from the date of notification that your order is ready for pickup.

If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders:

• Will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
• May be donated, restocked, or disposed of at the company’s discretion.

We are not responsible for contacting customers beyond the initial pickup notification. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their order within the designated timeframe.

Coupon Codes

We are a handmade small business. We do our best to offer competitive prices and, occasionally, offer coupon codes. We do not advertise our coupon codes with 3rd party coupon/discount websites. These clickbait sites often scrub the internet looking for coupon codes from businesses. In order to get clicks, they falsely list incorrect offers to get you to their site. We cannot authorize these offers. Valid coupon codes are found on our site or literature only. All other offers are invalid and will not be overwritten. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship orders via USPS First Class (Under 1lb). USPS Priority Mail and UPS on packages (Over 1lbs). There is not a difference between Shipping option 1 and 2, both calculate shipping based on what is in your cart. If Fewer items 1 costs less more items 2 costs less.

Choose the option that is the cheapest for you.

If there is not a total next to the option then it will calculate free shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

BloomingWithJoy.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BloomingWithJoy.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BloomingWithJoy.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
