What is in the bundle
Warm Apple Pie
Baked apple, cinnamon, and clove with a bright lift of orange peel. Cozy, familiar, and best with a blanket and nowhere to be. This is the one people describe as smelling like their grandmother's kitchen.

Candy Apple
Sweeter and more playful, with real caramel and a cinnamon finish. Bright, sticky, county fair energy in a cup. Lovely with a splash of cream if you want to lean all the way in.

How to brew
One teaspoon per cup. Water at 205 degrees. Steep three to five minutes. All three take milk and a little sweetener beautifully if you want a latte instead of a cup of tea.

Can I make a pumpkin spice latte with this?
Yes, and it is the best use of it. Steep it double strength, add steamed milk and a little sweetener. Warm Apple Pie and Candy Apple both work the same way.
What is the difference between Warm Apple Pie and Candy Apple?
Warm Apple Pie is baked and spiced with cinnamon, clove, and orange peel. Candy Apple is sweeter and brighter with real caramel. One is the pie, the other is the fair.

All sales are final, due to our products being consumables.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem. Returns are not accepted on open tea blends, tea-based products, and food items. We do, however, accepted exchanges on sealed tins or sacks.
If you are returning a non-food item, it should have original seal and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

Refunds
Our products are food-based, therefore they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed in some way. You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. If there's an issue with your product, please email us asap so we can resolve the problem quickly. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are open or used will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 - 10 business days for processing. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
Pickup Order Abandonment Policy
All pickup orders must be collected within 30 calendar days from the date of notification that your order is ready for pickup.
If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders:
- Will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
- May be donated, restocked, or disposed of at the company’s discretion.
We are not responsible for contacting customers beyond the initial pickup notification. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their order within the designated timeframe.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship orders via USPS First Class (Under 1lb). USPS Priority Mail and UPS on packages (Over 1lbs). There is not a difference between Shipping option 1 and 2, both calculate shipping based on what is in your cart. If Fewer items 1 costs less more items 2 costs less.
Choose the option that is the cheapest for you.
If there is not a total next to the option then it will calculate free shipping.
