Frankensteep

Cool mint over a soft green tea base with real chocolate warmth underneath. It shouldn't work as well as it does.
One thing matters with this one. It's a green tea, so it needs 175°F and 2 to 3 minutes, not boiling water. Pour a full boil over it and it will taste bitter, and you'll think you don't like it when the problem was the kettle. No thermometer? Boil your water, let it sit uncovered three minutes, then pour. That's close enough.
Zombie Zinger

Bright, tart, and the most beautiful thing we've made this year. Pour it over ice and watch the red spread through the whole glass. It's a little unsettling to look at, which is entirely the point.
Caffeine free, so you can have it at nine o'clock at night and still finish the chapter and still sleep.
Vampire's Kiss

Cool and sharp on the first sip, then it turns unexpectedly sweet. There's a reason Dracula has stayed in print for over a century and it isn't the plot. It's that he's charming right up until he isn't.
This tea does the same thing.

Which teas in Monster Classics are caffeine free? Zombie Zinger, our blood orange blend, is caffeine free. Frankensteep and Vampire's Kiss both contain caffeine, since one is a green tea and one is a black tea.
Why does Frankensteep need cooler water? Frankensteep is built on a green tea base, and green tea leaves are delicate. Water at a full boil scorches them and pulls out bitter tannins. At 175°F for 2 to 3 minutes you get the mint, the chocolate, and the soft green base in balance instead.
Can I drink these iced? Yes, and Zombie Zinger especially. Brew it double strength, pour it over a full glass of ice, and watch the color bloom. Vampire's Kiss also makes a good iced tea. Frankensteep is better hot.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, due to our products being consumables.
At Blooming With Joy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please email us with any questions or problems michelle@BloomingWithJoy.com
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem. Returns are not accepted on open tea blends, tea-based products, and food items. We do, however, accepted exchanges on sealed tins or sacks.
If you are returning a non-food item, it should have original seal and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

Refunds
Our products are food-based, therefore they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed in some way. You must submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. If there's an issue with your product, please email us asap so we can resolve the problem quickly. You'll need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are open or used will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5 - 10 business days for processing. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. If we request that your item is returned to us, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way after receiving your return. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
Pickup Order Abandonment Policy
All pickup orders must be collected within 30 calendar days from the date of notification that your order is ready for pickup.
If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders:
- Will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
- May be donated, restocked, or disposed of at the company’s discretion.
We are not responsible for contacting customers beyond the initial pickup notification. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve their order within the designated timeframe.

We are a handmade small business. We do our best to offer competitive prices and, occasionally, offer coupon codes. We do not advertise our coupon codes with 3rd party coupon/discount websites. These clickbait sites often scrub the internet looking for coupon codes from businesses. In order to get clicks, they falsely list incorrect offers to get you to their site. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We ship orders via USPS First Class (Under 1lb). USPS Priority Mail and UPS on packages (Over 1lbs). There is not a difference between Shipping option 1 and 2, both calculate shipping based on what is in your cart. If Fewer items 1 costs less more items 2 costs less.
Choose the option that is the cheapest for you.
If there is not a total next to the option then it will calculate free shipping.
